Palm oil is a combination of several fatty acids building blocks, including Myristic (C14), Palmitic (C16), Stearic (C18 unsaturated), Oleic (C18 monounsaturated), and Linoleic (C18 polyunsaturated) as well as carotenes (alpha and beta carotenes, tocotrienols, CoQ10, and others).
